If needed, we personally assess the site.
For larger, more complex jobs, the on-site assessment forms the basis of the quote.
Custom Quote
We send a quote tailored to the scope of work and the site.
The quote clearly states exactly what is and isn't included in the work.
Scheduling and Coordination
We discuss the start date of the work and the course of implementation.
We let you know in advance if the involvement of another specialist is needed.
Implementation
We carry out the work according to the agreed terms.
We stay in continuous contact with the client throughout the work.
Handover and Site Cleanup
After completing the work, we hand over the finished work and tidy up the site.
We inspect the completed work together.
We Work Based on Finished Plans
We typically work based on finished permit or construction plans. If the project involves multiple trades (mechanical, electrical), we bring in partner specialists. We do not carry out design or permitting, but we help find the right designer through our partner network.
